Rating System is a method of tracking individual's skill and experience in playing.
Rating is a numerical value that is easily calculated and can be used to compare players abilities.
Individual player rating is subject to adjustment at any time during competition.
Your Rating is a number based on the following rules:
- Every player gets a first rating of 0 before his first game.
- The winner gets at maximum 60 additional points, if his opponent's rating is higher than or equal to his own rating.
- The number of rating points added or reduced is subject to number of frames played and number of victories.
- The rating of a player is automatically reduced, if he didn't play against an opponent within 1 month.

After every round, the ratings of the opponents are changed depending on the game result:
- Base points: at maximum 5 points for each player (both winner and looser); it is reduced in relation to his own rating (subtract 0,25% of the current rating).
- Winner points: 10 points per round won. Base points will be added.
In total, every player gets common number of points, which is no less than tenfold of the rounds passed, and up to 5 points per one round (depends on the rating). Base points calculating method in case of loss: 5 points subtract 0,25% of the current rating of the player. So,
- Players of the Beginner and Amateur level get in addition 5 points for every round regardless loss. The rating will quickly be moved to the Rookie class as tournament rolls out.
- Players with pre-Expert level cannot loose points, so the rating does not move down. Pre-Expert level players get up to 5 points per round, regardless their loss.
We would like to note, that all the players of pre-Professional level are granted with 5 points just for participation, and even in case of the loss right in the first round.
This is an example of Rookie level (rating 500) player's rating change; Sit&Go tournament, consisted of 8 players. For 500-rating player, the base points are as following: +4 on the basis of 5 points minus 500 x 0,25%. As a result, 500-rating player gets +14 points for the won round, +4 points for lost.
